Some of this and that

This past weekend we had a bit going on. The kids and I went up to the farm late Friday and all the butchering of hogs was done. It was an early bedtime because we were out the door at 7am to head to Jamestown for Hannah's first dance Comp of the year. They did a good job but didn't place. Then we dropped Hannah off at her sewing/quilting class and we heading back to the farm for some stuffing and packaging. The maple links and sausage was sooo good! We worked until 5pm and then made supper, watched a movie and off to bed. Sunday we picked right back up with packaging and we finished it all. The kids were big helpers on Sunday. Hunter was bored Sat. being the only kid there, so he helped where he could and then took the camera and took pictures of everything. It kept him busy. It was a good weekend.

See, they do love eachother!!

The kids

So, there are a few pics to share. Hunter had a Tae Kwon Do festival last weekend. He got 3rd place for his patterns, a 1st place for speed kicking and ribbons and metals to go along with them. I will post a pic of him all dressed up with all his trophies. Hannah helped with a pancake breakfast last weekend also. She was the "Terrific Kid" for the month of Nov. and all the kids were asked to come help out. We went and ate, it was yummy. Ryan was teaching Carter how to play guitar. He was catching on really well.
